Booking & Availability
Hire rates quoted include:
Insurance
Comprehensive insurance is provided, and is included in the hire charge,
but the hirer is liable for the first £1,000 insurance excess in the event
of any damage to either vehicle or third party.
Security Deposit
There is a refundable £1,000 Security Deposit payable by cash or Credit
Card. This is fully refundable on return of the vehicle to our premises,
at the agreed time and date, in the same condition as it was let to you,
with the toilet empty, the interior clean, including all cooking
appliances , and the correct amount of fuel. The security deposit will be
used to fund any loss of damage what so ever to equipment, fixtures and
fittings or negligent damage to vehicle.
Payment
A booking reservation of £150.00 is payable at the time of making the
reservation and will be deducted from the total hirer charge. This deposit
is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. A reservation is only
binding after it has been confirmed by Derby Motor Homes and a down
payment of £150.00 has been received. Once the reservation is confirmed,
an invoice will be issued by post for the remaining balance. Settlement of
the remaining balance will be due six weeks prior to departure.
Late bookings, less than six weeks before departure, the full rental
price is payable on booking.
Collection
Please allow 1 hour for the hand-over at the depot to complete the
documentation and demonstrate your vehicle to you. Please allow the same
time on your return.
