2 Berth Motorhome

Duetto Practicalities
Autosleeper have been generous with the amount of storage space provided on the Autosleeper Duetto. There are ample roof lockers all around the motorhome and there’s easy access to more stowage space underneath the sofa. The Duetto is fitted with rear doors, and the conversion’s main sliding door is placed on the nearside. There’s a pull-out step which makes it easier for the less able bodied to enter the caravan. Open the sliding door in the Autosleeper Duetto and step up into the main-living area and you’ll find the swivelling passenger cab seat immediately to your left, the sofa straight ahead with front facing seat to your right. Turn right in the Duetto and moving past this seat you will find the kitchen over in the offside rear corner with the washroom opposite. The wardrobe is sandwiched between the front facing seat and the washroom.

Living Conditions in the Autosleeper Duetto
The high-top and wide-opening sliding main door help to give the impression that there’s plenty of space inside the Autosleeper Duetto for four people. This is not an illusion. Whereas in many four-berth motorhomes, it can be a little wearing having to squeeze past your fellow travellers especially during a long break. It’s quite possible to dine and relax in style inside the Autosleeper Duetto. The dinette is created by utilising the cab’s swivelling passenger seat, the front facing seat and the sofa. The dining table sits in the middle of the van, surrounded by all three seats, and can be removed and stored in its own dedicated compartment within the wardrobe.

Cooking, Sleeping and Washing
The kitchen in the Autosleeper Duetto, although compact, comes equipped with a cooker unit with three-burner gas hob, grill and oven and a drawer for pots and pans underneath. To the right of this is the sink and drainer with 70-litre fridge (with freezer compartment) underneath. Sandwiched between the fridge and cooker is a cutlery draw and cupboard. Although there’s not much worktop space in the Autosleeper Duetto motorhome, a hinged flap folds down on top of the sink and the gas hob has a glass cover which can also be utilised for more food preparation space.

When it comes to the sleeping arrangements, the Autosleeper Duetto is quite adaptable. The sofa can be converted into a single bed or a double by using the front facing seat. It simply slides out, and by folding the front facing seat down, the two seats meet each other. By filling in with the cushions, you’ll have a spacious double.

Finally, we come to the washroom. This features an electric flush toilet and a drop-down space saving wash basin which incorporates a soap dish, dispenser and toothbrush holder. A roof ventilator allows steam to escape while you’re having your shower. Although not the largest washroom available, it’s well made and pleasurable to use.
